Discovering the unstable behavior of dynamic models has never been this easy. With this Frontend, one just picks a parameter and presses run.

This user interface combines AUTO2000 with our high performance simulator roadRunner to quickly discover turning points or Hopf bifurcations.

The varying parameter value can be tracked and a dynamic simulation shows the influence this parameter has on the system. The changed model can at any point be exported to SBML.

The current version does not yet allow for continuations but this is the next feature to be added to the list.
