Jacobian Viewer

The Jacobian matrix is of central importance in the analysis of a computational model. The Jacobian specifies the local dynamics of the model. The entries in the matrix indicate the influence of model variables on the rates of change.

The Jacobian Viewer will dynamically show these changes. In order to do so we generate a dependency graph for a computational model, with nodes denoting all species in the model and arcs denoting the influence of one species on the rates of change of another species. This provides insight of how those changes occur. The researcher is of course able to change the time-steps taken by the simulator as well as the starting point of the simulation.
